Carrier Credential Updates
If you changed your carrier password outside of ShipEngine (e.g., directly on stamps.com), you need to update the credentials here to reconnect the integration.
Supported Carriers for Credential Updates:
- Stamps.com - Nickname, Username, Password
- Colissimo - Nickname, Username, Password
- Chronopost - Nickname, Account Number, Password
- Endicia - Nickname, Account Number, Passphrase
- Mondial Relay - Nickname, API Key
- UPS - Nickname only
For other carriers, you may need to disconnect and reconnect through the ShipEngine Dashboard.
